Roger single-handedly changed my perception of the home sales process.  My experience with five previous realtors/agents had left me skeptical and loathing the thought.  Roger came to the interview thoroughly prepared.  He had completed research and was able to present the facts to us concerning the market conditions and how our home would fare in the current market.  Roger is a good listener.  He heard our concerns and addressed them in a concise, professional manner.  He was unwavering which comforted and stabilized us throughout the entire sequence of events, and this was far from a normal sale.  Obstacles that confounded others (like our unique driveway) were tackled with aplomb.  Roger took great care of us, treated us as you would expect to treat family, and we are extremely grateful.  I recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wishes to be represented because I have full confidence that Roger will not disappoint.

Roger was recommended to us by my neighbor.  My overall impression of him is that he is a go-getter.  Roger helped us find a house in 5 days, I think that was incredible.  The builder had told us we could have some special options on the house and then after Katrina hit and lumber prices shot up they tried to back out of the options but Roger picked up the ball and ran with it.  We now have all of the options that we wanted and a few more.  Roger got us asking price for out old house.  In comparison to other Realtors that we have worked with, the quality of Roger's real estate service is excellent.
